Congrats Dr. Croissant! He received two Doctoral Thesis AwardsCongratulations to Dr. Ezzedine and Dr. Julfakyan who recently defended their PhD theses and got degree. We wish them luck and commitment in finding job.
He received the French Society of Chemistry as well as the Balard Chemistry Foundation Thesis Awards for this his doctoral thesis entitled “Two-photon-actuated theranostic nanomedicine for cancer treatment”. Thanks to his Ph.D. work from 2011 to 2014, he so far published 13 peer-reviewed articles in high impact factor journals, with 10 as first author. These prizes were awarded for the best thesis in all areas of Chemistry for southern regional universities and institutes.
He was recently an invited speaker in the “3rd Mediterranean Young Researchers Days” conference (10/12/2015-10/14/2015), in which the 2014 Chemistry Nobel Laureate William Moerner was the honored guest. He presented his doctoral research in the event and received the Balard-Total prize.
