Abstract

A novel microwave-assisted solid-phase peptide synthesis utilizing N-Fmoc-protected(a-aminoacyl)benzotriazoles was applied in the preparation of tri-, tetra-, penta-, hexa-, and heptapeptides in 71% average crude yield.
