Abstract

​We present a reconstituted lipoprotein-based nanoparticles platform comprising a curcumin fluorescent motif and NIR responsive gold core. This multifunctional nanosystem is successfully used for aggregation-dependent fluorescence detection and photothermal disassembly of insoluble amyloid aggregates.
