Abstract

A [2]pseudorotaxane-based mechanized nanoparticle system, which operates within an aq. acidic environment, has been prepd. and characterized; this integrated system affords both water-sol. stalk and ring components in an effort to improve the biocompatibility of these promising new drug delivery vehicles.
